Our Programs

In addition to community-based mentorship, we offer a range of programs designed to support young men in their personal development and growth. Our programs encourage leadership, responsibility, and a deeper connection to the communities they are a part of, guiding them toward becoming well-rounded individuals ready to contribute positively to society. We also host various town hall discussions and community events to enrich our neighborhoods and keep the conversations going on key issues such as mental health and wellness, community policing, and mentorship. These initiatives provide valuable platforms for dialogue and collective action to strengthen and uplift our communities.

Backpack, Hoodies, & Sneakers

This town hall discussion brings together community leaders and youth to explore the impact of backpacks, hoodies, and sneakers through the perspectives of law enforcement, mental wellness, and mentorship.

School-Based Mentorship

To address the social-emotional, environmental, and academic challenges faced by marginalized youth—such as truancy, juvenile delinquency, and school dropout rates—we’ve developed a school-based program tailored to address the needs of these youth.

Community Empowerment

Our Community Engagement Program provides education to local stakeholders on critical issues affecting the community, including mentorship, mental health, gun violence, community policing, and more. By fostering dialogue and sharing knowledge, we aim to strengthen connections and promote collective action for positive change.
